New Update: Naughty Dog is hell-bent on pushing the online functionality of Uncharted 2 beyond anything else on the PlayStation 3. The multiplayer demo reveals yet another new feature for the upcoming PS3 game: Twitter support. According to The BBPS, you'll be able to have the game automatically tweet updates whenever you connect to a multiplayer game, unlock a Trophy, or complete a single-player chapter. Twitter support is already live, as evidenced by these tweets from Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer and SCEA's Jeff Rubenstein.
The auto-tweets will send inquisitive readers to a detailed stats page on Naughty Dog's website. Here, you can see someone's kill/death ratio, career length, amount of virtual money, and more. Further details will be broken down in the "Match History," "Weapons" and "Medals" tabs -- but all those features are currently "coming soon."

I'm not much of a twitter user, but pretty cool for you tweet freaks out there.
Edit:
Forgot to mention, the multiplayer demo is different from the beta released earlier, it has more multi-maps to try out, cinema mode, co-op, and the gold-rush game-type. It's almost like a small DLC game on its own lol.

Just got through trying out the new demo, man this game is awesome! The co-op is very fun especially co-op Arena.
OK Arena is this. There are 10 rounds and you have a 3-man team that has to go find the treasure. Only one of you can carry it at a time and each round these places change. The hard part is that enemies keep piling in on the map and they continue to re-spawn until you complete the round. Each round there are more at a time and harder enemies. It gets crazy when they include the snipers, grenaiders, dudes with heavy guns, and the stealth dudes lol i got my neck snapped like 3 times by those. And you get bonus points for finishing the objective quickly.
The cinema mode was a blast as well. So many options!
the cinema mode is very fun to play around with.
